Frequently Asked Questions
Where does coaching take place?
All coaching is done virtually! I will set up a Zoom or phone call with all interested athletes to get to know you better. The majority of our work together will occur in your training plan spreadsheet, but I'm also always available via text and email and will plan pre-race phone calls before all of your races!
How will I receive my training?
I will send you a shared spreadsheet that I will update each week with your next 1-2 weeks of training. This is where you will add the details of the training you completed, how it felt, and provide any other life or training context or questions for me! There are no additional subscriptions required for any online training platforms.
How much does coaching cost?
Coaching is $130/month. However, if cost is a barrier please reach out to me and I am happy to provide coaching on a sliding scale as needed.
Are there other perks?
I regularly provide my athletes with additional science-backed resources on the latest regarding sports nutrition, strength training for runners, and other new findings in the exercise science realm that will support your training. I will also support you in setting process oriented goals, dial in your race day nutrition, talk through any training challenges, and share my love for a post run baked good!
Is coaching just for experienced athletes?
No. I am beyond excited to work with athletes of all levels! Investing in yourself by working with a coach can be a fantastic way to reach your goals in an intentional way. I'm here to take the guesswork out of training, provide support and guidance through the tough days, and help you get to race day and beyond feeling happy and healthy!
Do I need to be signed up for a race?
Nope! You don't need to be signed up for your race or have your eye on a specific race for us to work together. I'm here to help you reach your running and movement goals whatever they may be!
