I take a human-first approach with my athletes, getting curious about how I can best support you with your unique physiology, life context, and running goals. The individualized, science-backed training will help you build a strong aerobic base, develop your top end speed, and improve your running economy. Through working with me you will learn how to better trust and listen to your body, better understand how outside factors can impact your running performance, and have a whole heck of a lot of fun in the process.

Who am I?

I am a runner, cyclist, coach, wildflower enthusiast, and female athlete researcher at Stanford, living in Santa Cruz, California. Through my work at Stanford with the FASTR Program, I have a developed a deep understanding of athlete physiology, current science on training theory, and the unique injury risks of runners. I graduated with honors from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a degree in Kinesiology, am a C4 Certified Coaches Collective Coach, and am a high school cross country and track coach. I have experience racing from 100 meters all the way up to the marathon distance and am SO excited to help athletes of all levels reach big goals and become life long runners.
